Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Update

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final. Orders with free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product Disclaimer

All product images shown on our website are enhanced during post-production for better clarity. Actual colors may slightly vary depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Returns

  • All returns must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must ship the item back to our address.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.
  • Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted during refund processing.

Return Process

  1. Raise a return request by emailing send@theknewed.com with a clear photo or video showing the brand tag and plastic seal.
  2. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 4–5 working days.
  3. After inspection of the returned product, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed in the exact condition received.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may request a return after delivery.
  • Refusing to accept delivery will be treated as a return and processed as per the return policy.
  • Orders can be canceled before shipping by visiting the “My Account” page or contacting our support team.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags.
  • No exchanges will be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice; beyond that, the customer must ship the product manually.
  • Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area.
  • Any quality or quantity issue must be reported within 24 hours for assistance.
