Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At THE KNEWED LABEL, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase you make. Please read our Return, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Important Update
Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale purchases are final. Orders that include free gifts or promotional items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Product Disclaimer
All product images displayed on our website are professionally enhanced for clarity. Actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting conditions and display settings. These variations will not be considered as defects or grounds for return.
Returns
- All return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.
- Products will not be accepted for return if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
- Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, you must send the product back to our address at your own cost.
- Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode and courier service coverage.
- Any issue related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.
- A ₹100 logistics charge will be deducted from your refund for each returned product.
Return Process
- Raise a return request by emailing send@theknewed.com with your order details and a clear photo/video of the product, ensuring that the brand tag and plastic seal are visible.
- Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be initiated.
- Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original mode of payment.
Eligibility for Refund
- The returned item must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed in the same condition as delivered.
- Refunds will be issued only after a successful quality check of the returned item.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with all tags and seals intact.
- No exchanges will be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.
- Reverse pickup for exchange will be attempted twice. If both fail, you must self-ship the product to our return address.
- Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.
- Any issue related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt support.
- If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may return it once received as per our return policy.
- To cancel an order before shipping, visit your “My Account” page or contact our support team at send@theknewed.com.
- If you refuse to accept delivery, the product will be treated as a return, and the refund will be processed as per our return guidelines.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds will be processed after successful inspection of the returned item.
- It typically takes 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds are issued in the original mode of payment only.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Sale or discounted products.
- Accessories, intimate wear, and items without tags.
